小区物业诚聘水电工！！！
水电工程：1名（带证上岗）岗位要求：
[*]日常维修： 负责小区内业主户内及公共区域的水电故障应急处理，包括但不限于灯具、开关、插座、线路、水龙头、水管、阀门、马桶、地漏的维修与更换。
[*]定期巡检与保养： 负责对小区配电房、水泵房、公共照明、消防水电系统等设施进行定期巡检、维护和保养，并做好详细记录。
[*]安装与改造： 负责小区新入住业主的水电开通、小型安装改造工程。
[*]应急响应： 接受24小时值班安排，及时响应和处理业主报修及紧急突发事件（如爆管、跳闸等）。
[*]沟通服务： 上门为业主提供维修服务时，要做到礼貌、专业，耐心解释问题原因，完成后清理现场。
[*]成本控制： 合理使用维修材料和工具，做好废旧材料的回收利用。
[*]安全管理： 严格遵守安全操作规程，确保自身和业主的安全，预防安全事故发生。
